While the OWC Type-C Dock tested and worked well with MacBook models as expected, it had more problems with the Dell XPS 9350.  The OWC Type-C Dock had better luck with the Asus Q524UQ where most of the USB devices inside the dock are enumerating properly.  

Unfortunately, the only USB function that showed problems was Ethernet where the Realtek controller wasn't fully enabled.  It wasn't obviously evident how to resolve this either.

When we connected the LG 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with webOS 2.0 (2015) using a HDMI cable to the Plugable USB-C Docking Station, we could confirm that LG TV was displaying at 4K(4096X2160)@60hz.

The Asus Q524UQ doesn't support being charged by any USB Power Delivery Source so you can't use the OWC Type-C Dock to charge the PC.
