The iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery (click here for Amazon pricing) uses USB Power Delivery to charge many types of mobile devices but it has problems charging the Nubia Z17 by ZTE.

Based on the USB Power Delivery Protocol transaction, the iVoler charger is issuing source capabilities that repeatedly advertise 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) to the Nubia Z17 when the phone's battery is completely drained. However the phone is not seen to respond to any of the power profiles offered by the iVoler charger.

We also observe from the power graph that the Nubia Z17 starts off pulling current at 0.5 amps and 1.5 amps @5 volts from 0% battery. After that there is no current drawn by the phone which shows that it is not charging with the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger over USB Power Delivery.
