Plugging in the portable battery portion of the RAVPower Xtreme 26800mAh Portable Charger with Type C Port + 30W Type-C AC Charger to the LG G6, we'll determine how well the phone charges using USB Power Delivery on a well charged battery.

The USB Power Delivery negotiations show the RAVPower battery charger initially declares only a single 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps) power profile which the LG G6 requests and is accepted by the charger.

The RAVPower battery charger goes on to offer on top of the 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps) it initially declared an additional four power profiles of 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 28.8 watts (12 volts @ 2.4 amps ), 31.5 watts (15 volts @ 2.1 amps), and 45 watts (20 volts @ 1.5 amps). The LG G6  takes this opportunity to request 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps) which the charger complies.

While the LG G6 is being charged with its battery nearly full, the phone is observed to start pulling almost 1.5 amps at 9 volts but the charging current drops down quickly before it goes up again to charge at about 1.8 amps at 9 volts (16.2 watts). After 40 seconds, the current slightly drops to 1.5 amps at 9 volts.

The LG G6 also displays an almost similar charging behavior using the AC adapter accessory of the RAVPower Xtreme Wall Charger, which can be seen in this review

Note that since the RAVPower Xtreme Wall Charger actually advertises it can supply 45 watts rather than the 30 watts that it's rated for, as can be seen from the above power delivery protocol negotiations, you should be careful if you happen to use this charger with any notebook that tries to draw more than 30 watts. From testing that Benson Leung has done, the AC adapter eventually overheats when providing 45 watts which creates a potentially hazardous situation.
