Plugging in the RAVPower Xtreme 26800mAh Portable Charger with Type C Port + 30W Type-C AC Charger's AC adapter to the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017), we will see how well the 2-in-1 notebook charges using USB Power Delivery over its Thunderbolt 3 enabled USB Type-C port.

For starters, the USB Power Delivery negotiations indicate that the RAVPower Xtreme 26800mAh Portable Charger with Type C Port + 30W Type-C AC Charger's AC adapter declares its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps). The Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) then requests to pull 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) from the adapter which it accepts.

The charger battery later advertises not only the 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) it initially declared but also an additional power profile of 45 watts (20 volts @ 2.25 amps). This is followed up by the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) requesting to draw 45 watts (20 volts @ 2.25 amps) which the charger battery complies.

While the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) is being charged with its battery nearly full, the notebook is observed to pull about 40 watts (20 volts @ 2 amps) from the charger battery.

The Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) seems to be charging faster with the RAVPower Xtreme 26800mAh Portable Charger with Type C Port + 30W Type-C AC Charger's AC adapter than its battery and has a much cleaner USB Power Delivery negotiation, which can be seen in this review.
