The Google 45W USB-C Power Adapter that ships with the Google Pixelbook uses USB Power Delivery 2.0 technology to keep the Pixelbook charged up to 45 watts. But what happens when the Google charger is used with the Dell XPS 13 9370 over USB Power Delivery?

When plugged in to a Thunderbolt 3 based USB Type-C port on the XPS 13 9370, we could see the Google 45W USB-C Power Adapter delivered around 46 watts max charging to the XPS 13 9370 while at 32% battery charge on the laptop. With 46 watts, the XPS 13 9370 is able to get similar power charging with the Google 45W USB-C Power Adapter as when using the Dell's own supplied charger.
