The 2-in-1 notebook-tablet hybrid Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) uses USB Power Delivery through its Thunderbolt port which allows it to stay charged by many different chargers that support USB Power Delivery such as the AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger. Let's see how well the AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger performs with the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) on a well charged battery.

The AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger initiates USB Power Delivery negotiations by advertising its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 29 watts (14.5 volts @ 2 amps). The Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) then requests to pull 29 watts (14.5 volts @ 2 amps) which the charger accepts.​

While the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017)'s battery is already well charged, we can see that the PC initially pulls around 13 watts (14.5 volts @ 0.9 amps) before the current starts to fall steadily to about 0.5 amps at 14.5 volts as the battery is almost full. 

This confirms that the AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger is able to charge the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) over USB Power Delivery.
