If you have the Google Chromecast Ultra, you can use the Samsung Galaxy S8 to wirelessly display its screen using Google Cast.

To start the Google Cast display process, you can swipe from the top of the screen of the Samsung Galaxy S8 to open the quick select menu.

You can then see all the Miracast and Google Cast displays available including the Google Chromecast Ultra. Once you select the Chromecast Ultra, the Google Cast connection process will start.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 shows a warning about screen casting not being optimized, but we can still continue and use the casting feature.

You usually can open up the Samsung Connect App to see all the connected devices to the Samsung Galaxy S8 but this App doesn't appear to support Google Cast devices like the Google Chromecast Ultra.

Instead, you'll need to swipe down from the top of the Samsung Galaxy S8 screen to start and stop the Google Cast connection.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is able to work well and wirelessly display its screen to the Google Chromecast Ultra using Google Cast.
