How to Play Songs or Access Photos From An Android Phone to Singapore Airlines KrisWorld Economy Class Through USB

One way of entertainment we could get while flying on Singapore Airlines KrisWorld is by connecting our mobile to the in-seat display monitor. Having the convenience of two USB Type-A connectors next to each seat's personal screen in economy class, we could easily plug in our Android based  Huawei P10 to play media or access photos on the larger screen.

Once linked up the phone through USB, we were asked for permission to allow access to data on the phone. When done, we went to the phone's USB settings to turn on the file transfer function.

The in-flight display uses a USB media player and photo viewer app to quickly detect music and image files on the phone.

We were then able to select songs to play and access photos from our phone on to the screen.

Once connected, you can also use the Singapore Airlines App on your phone to access more features and benefits through the app. However, we downloaded the App and didn't find it a lot of the features described on the Singapore Airlines KrisWorld screen.

Singapore Airlines makes it easy to not only keep your Android phone charged, but also play content stored on your phone.
