If your Huawei P10 phone doesn't have its own 22.5W based Huawei SuperCharge charger around to keep it charged, you can try using another charger like the Dell 30-Watt AC Adapter with 3 ft Power Cord - USB Type-C that came with the Dell XPS 12 9250 to quickly charge your phone using USB Power Delivery.

Looking at the USB Power Delivery negotiations, the Dell XPS 12 charger starts advertising its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 24 watts (12 volts @ 2 amps), and 30 watts (20 volts @ 1.5 amps) when connected to the Huawei P10 on a 12% full battery.

The Huawei P10 then requests to pull 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) from the Dell charger which it complies.

Starting from 12% battery, the Huawei P10 can be seen to pull around 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) when the phone is off or in sleep mode and about 4.5 watts (5 volts @ 0.9 amps) when the phone is on and actively used. We also observed similar charging with the Innergie PowerGear USB-C 45  charger in this review. The Dell 30-Watt AC Adapter can charge the Huawei P10 but at a much lower power than what the phone originally gets with its own Huawei SuperCharge charger.
