The Dell 30-Watt AC Adapter with 3 ft Power Cord - USB Type-C (click here for Amazon pricing) was originally bundled with the Dell XPS 12 9250 for fast charging using USB Power Delivery technology. However when we connect the charger to the Nubia Z17 which also supports USB Power Delivery, the USB Type-C port doesn't seem to work well over USB Power Delivery with the phone.

Here we can see the Dell 30-Watt AC Adapter repeatedly displays 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 24 watts (12 volts @ 2 amps), and 30 watts (20 volts @ 1.5 amps) over USB Power Delivery, without any response from the Nubia Z17 at zero charge.

With never a stable power level seen from the power graph, we can say that charging doesn't really happen between the Dell 30-Watt AC Adapter and Nubia Z17 at 0% battery.
