By attaching the Google Universal 22.5 W Dual Port USB Type-C Charger to the USB Type-C port of the Nintendo Switch Console, both of which support USB Power Delivery technology, we'll see how well this third party charger can deliver power to the Switch Console.

We don't expect to see any active USB Power Delivery protocol negotiation between the Google Universal 22.5 W Dual Port USB Type-C Charger and the Nintendo Switch Console given the Google charger doesn't use a USB Power Delivery controller although it supports the USB Power Delivery specification.

When initially plugged in from 1% battery with the Joy-Con controllers attached on the left and right sides, the Switch Console is seen to only draw 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) of charging wattage during power on (no active gameplay is happening at this time). 10 watts is less power than the >15 watts that the Nintendo Switch Console pulls from its own Nintendo Switch AC Adapter as seen in this review.
