Like many USB-C cables, the Hama USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C Cable (.75 m) enables data transfer and charging support over the USB Type-C interface. The Hama cable supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s) speeds as well as USB Power Delivery 2.0 based charging for most USB Type-C computers, tablets, phones and storage drives.

Hama advertises on its product page that its .75 m cable comes with Electronic Marking for 5 amps charging and 5 Gb/s transfer rate as well as  supporting full USB 3.1 features. The Hama USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C Cable (.75 m) also claims to offer up to 100 watts (20 volts @ 5 amps) pass through charging using USB Power Delivery. Unfortunately the cable does not display the USB-IF logo to indicate any USB-IF certification on its packaging.

The Hama USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C Cable (.75 m) uses gold plated connectors which it claims to ensure secure signal transmission when connected in between devices.

Here's a closer view of the Hama USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C Cable (.75 m) that we purchased from a MediaMarkt retail store in Germany.
