The Dell XPS 13 9370 laptop supports rapid charging using USB Power Delivery 2.0 through its two Thunderbolt 3 based USB Type-C ports, but it unfortunately won't charge when connected to one of the USB Type-C ports on the Henge Docks Stone. Note that this is a non USB Power Delivery capable USB Type-C port at the back of the Stone that provides up to 10.5 watts charging which the XPS 13 9370 was plugged in.
