Both the Meizu Pro 7 Plus phone and the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery support USB Power Delivery fast charging over USB Type-C, but this third party charger has problems charging the Meizu phone.

To demonstrate this, we first connect the iVoler charger to the Meizu Pro 7 Plus directly using a USB Type-C to Type-C cable. As shown on the Granite River Labs GRL-USB-PD-A1 test software, the iVoler charger starts communicating over USB Power Delivery by repeatedly issuing source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) to the 1% charged Meizu phone.

Initially, the Meizu Pro 7 Plus makes a first power request of 13.5 watts (9 volts @ 1.5 amps) which the charger goes on to accept many times.

As the negotiation continues, we also observe multiple soft and hard resets happening while the same initial power transactions keep on  repeating between the charger and phone.

Unfortunately, with the constant resets and power cycle in the USB Power Delivery negotiation, there is never any steady state current and voltage delivered to the Meizu Pro 7 Plus by the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery.

Since the Meizu Pro 7 Plus doesn't really charge with the iVoler charger, we don't recommend using this charger with the phone.
