The dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger uses USB Power Delivery to charge devices that also support USB Power Delivery like ZTE's Nubia Z17 phone. Unfortunately the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger doesn't work well with the Nubia Z17 as seen over the USB Power Delivery Protocol transaction.
The dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger is first observed to repeatedly declare its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 30 watts (15 volts @ 2 amps) over USB Power Delivery, without any response from the Nubia Z17 at 0% battery.
We further verify from the power graph that the Nubia Z17 at zero charge is not charging properly with the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger with the frequent rise and fall in current.
