Not all USB Type-C ports found on PC's are alike. Unlike USB Type-C ports found on MacBook Pro's and higher end PC's like Lenovo's Yoga 920 (2-in-1) which support Thunderbolt 3 (40 Gb/s), USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s), DisplayPort 1.2, and USB Power Delivery 2.0, or even Chromebook's like the Google Pixelbook which support USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s), DisplayPort 1.2, and USB Power Delivery 2.0, lower end PC's like the ASUS VivoBook L402NA have a USB Type-C port which only supports USB 3.1 Gen 1. This means you can't output any video, quickly transfer large amounts of data, or charge the PC through the VivoBook L402NA's USB Type-C port.

Despite the VivoBook L402NA's USB Type-C limitations, the PC does have a lot of interfaces like HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 based Type-A ports, SD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio port. It relies on a traditional non-USB Type-C based 33W charger and also comes with a HDMI cable, CD-ROM, mouse pad, and documentation.
