The Plugable USB-C Docking Station has been having a good track record of working well with multiple USB Type-C based computers so we decided to try it with the Asus Q524UQ.  The Plugable USB-C Docking Station's winning streak continues where we see all its internal USB devices enumerate properly.

When we connect the LG 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with webOS 2.0 (2015) using a HDMI cable to the Plugable USB-C Docking Station, we can confirm that LG TV is displaying at a 4K(4096X2160)@60hz resolution.

Unfortunately, the Asus Q524UQ doesn't support charging through USB Power Delivery.  When the Plugable USB-C Docking Station is connected to the Asus Q524UQ through a compliant USB 3.1 Type-C to Type-C cable, we can see that while the Plugable USB-C Docking Station offers 3 power profiles.

Interestingly enough, the Asus Q524UQ actually accepts the 5 volts rail power profile but requests zero current from the Plugable USB-C Docking Station.
