The ANSMANN QC3.0 Powerbank 10.8 offers 15 watts of charging for most smartphones through its USB Type-C port which doesn't support active USB Power Delivery which is also not enough to charge larger batteries found in tablets and notebook PC's. Given the Powerbank doesn't actually have any USB Power Delivery chip inside, it only uses a simple approach to support charging over USB Type-C without having to use active USB Power Delivery negotiation. When attached to the phone, the Powerbank just passes USB Type-C signals through the USB Type-C port on the phone.

The ANSMANN QC3.0 Powerbank 10.8 states on its box to support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology with the following charging capabilities: 5-6.5 volts @ 3 amps, 6.5-9 volts @ 2 amps and 9-12 volts @ 1.5 amps, thus providing a max of 19.5 watts (6.5 volts @ 3 amps) by the Powerbank.
The ANSMANN QC3.0 Powerbank 10.8 comes with a separate USB Type-A to micro-B charging cable accessory and documentation.
The ANSMANN QC3.0 Powerbank 10.8 has one USB Type-A output port, a micro-B input port and a USB Type-C port.
The USB Type-A port supports up to 19.5 watts of charging using Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 for most QC enabled phones.
The micro-B input port is used for charging the Powerbank up to 10W using the USB Type-A to micro-B charging cable accessory.
The USB Type-C port is used to charge the Powerbank at up to 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) or charge other phones that support 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps) of charging that is supported just by using USB Type-C. Note this USB Type-C port doesn't support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 or USB Power Delivery. When charging the Powerbank using the same USB Type-C port, you can use a 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) charger.
