The Razer 24W Charger is Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ certified and supports up to 24 watts charging for the Razer Phone using USB Power Delivery 3.0 based PPS (Programmable Power Supply) and Augmented PDO's. Here we see how well it can be used to charge USB Power Delivery based Apple products such as the Apple iPhone X over USB Power Delivery.

With the iPhone X's battery fully discharged, we connected the iPhone with the Razer 24W Charger using a Apple USB-C to Lightning Cable. We could  see overall the iPhone X took about 120 minutes to fully charge from a completely drained battery with the Razer charger. An almost similar charging duration was also observed when testing the Razer 24W Charger with the Razer Phone in this recent review.

From initial 5 volts to 9 volts rail, the iPhone X charged briefly at max 19 watts but subsequently pulled lower current to charge at around 8 watts in the first hour. As the voltage went back down to 5 volts, the current dropped much lower but picked up again in the next few minutes to resume charging at around 6 watts. The current drawn eventually ramped down to about .3 amps as the battery was almost full. The iPhone X is able to charge reasonably well over USB Power Delivery with the Razer 24W Charger in just about 2 hours which is still much faster than using the Apple's shipped 5W based charger.
