While Xiaomi launched the Mi 5 was launched in India, it was the first Xiaomi phone with USB Type-C and supported Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.  Xiaomi also launched its flagship Redmi Pro in China with USB Type-C but it fundamentally has a different architecture since it uses the Mediatek's Deca-core 2.1 GHz MT6797 Helio X20 on the standard edition which is the same processor used in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.

Like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, the Redmi Pro probably uses MediaTek's PumpExpress technology to support the fast charging claimed by Xiaomi.

MediaTek's PumpExpress technology promises that a PumpExpress based 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) charger can bring a phone to 75% charge in 30 minutes.  Unfortunately, PumpExpress technology is not as widespread as USB Power Delivery or Qualcomm Quick Charge, making it less likely you can find another compatible PumpExpress charger around the house or at work.

Note USB specifications don't allow non USB Power Delivery based fast charging schemes over USB Type-C connector but this doesn't seem to stop Xiaomi or other smartphone makers.

The Xiaomi Redmi Pro is still not yet available in India but in the US you can purchase it on eBay for $235
