The dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger was reported by several users to have problems charging Mac products.  Opening up the badly behaving dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Chargers, we can see there is a Welltrend USB Power Delivery controller.  There doesn't seem to be any damage but perhaps there is some issue with the USB Power Delivery controller firmware that controls the USB Power Delivery protocol negotiation that needs to be fixed.
