The Plugable USB-C 3-Port Hub with Pass-Through Charging supports USB Power Delivery and can be used to add three more USB Type-A based USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s) ports to your USB Type-C computer, tablet, or notebook.  When you add a USB Type-C charger to the USB Type-C port of this hub, the hub will pass the power to the upstream device connected ot the tethered USB Type-C.  Whatever attaches to the three downstream USB Type-A ports will have access to 500mA of power per port.

The Plugable USB-C 3-Port Hub with Pass-Through Charging supports USB Power Delivery which could be confirmed using software from Granite River Labs.  This is especially important if you want to pass through power from other chargers using USB Power Delivery technology.
