Plugging in the RAVPower Xtreme 26800mAh Portable Charger with Type C Port + 30W Type-C AC Charger's AC adapter to the Touch Bar Version of the Apple 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016), we will see how well the MacBook charges using USB Power Delivery with its battery well charged.

The charger accessory kicks off USB Power Delivery negotiations with the Touch Bar Version of the Apple 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) by declaring its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps). The Macbook Pro then requests to pull 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) from the adapter which it accepts.

While the Mac's battery that is already well charged, we can see that the current charges to around 3 amps at 15 volts in the first 10 seconds. As the Mac's battery gets closer to being full, the current steadily drops down to 1 amp.

It's good to see that a non Apple based charger like the RAVPower Xtreme 26800mAh Portable Charger with Type C Port + 30W Type-C AC Charger's AC adapter is also able to provide proper charging for the Touch Bar Version of the Apple 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) using USB Power Delivery.
