The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge supports both Samsung's own Adaptive Fast Charging and Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0.  You would need to use Samsung's own Adaptive Fast Charging Charger to support Samsung's 15 watts Adaptive Fast Charging scheme.

The Adaptive Fast Charging Charger provided to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge 11.4 watts (8.8 volts @ 1.3 amps) to rapidly charge for the first 35 minutes.  After that, the power dropped quickly down to .9 watts (8.8 volts @ .1 watts).

It took about 120 minutes to fully charge the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge using Samsung's Adaptive Fast Charging Charger

In a previous version of this review, we were surprised to see the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge that we owned not charging quickly with its own Adaptive Fast Charging Charger.  Taking a closer look, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge was only pulling 2 watts (5 volts and .4 amps) from the Adaptive Fast Charging Charger resulting in a charge time of 5.8 hours and had never gone out of the original trickle charge mode used when the phone's battery is completely drained.  It's not totally clear in what situation the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge decides to stay in this trickle charge mode rather than take advantage of the fast charging available from the Adaptive Fast Charging Charger.
