The ZTE ZMAX Pro is a relatively inexpensive phone that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 1.0 protocol via its USB Type-C port. Unfortunately the included power adapter does not indicate that it is certified for Qualcomm Quick Charge as it does not have the Quick Charge icon. That being said, we could still measure the power it provides using a fixture that lets us measure the current as well as the voltage supplied.

With the remaining battery at around 4%, we see the following measurements:

The voltage was at around 4.1 to 6.5 volts, and the current was between 1.9 and 2.1 amps.  This gives us anywhere between 8 and 14 watts of power with a rough average of 11 watts.

We can see that it took 52 minutes to charge from 4% to 60%.

In the end, it took a little less than two hours for ZTE's ZMAX Pro to charge from 4% to full battery.
